Warranty policy:

Replacement Glass guarantees your glass to arrive unbroken and to the precise specifications of your order. Because each piece of glass from Elite Custom Glass is uniquely made to order, we CAN NOT accept returns unless the glass is broken or incorrectly manufactured. Once the customer receives the order it is that customers sole responsibility to care for the glass. If your Glass is not made to your specifications you must let notify Elite Custom Glass within 72 hours. After 72 hours Elite Custom Glass will not be held responsible for errors in manufacturing.

Return Policy

All custom-made glass purchased from ReplacementGlass.co are final sale and cannot be returned because of the customized nature of the products. However, you may still file a return claim if a custom-made product arrives with damage.

Damaged orders must be documented and reported within one (1) business day of the delivery date. Any damaged custom orders reported after one (1) business day beyond the delivery date cannot be returned.

Damaged custom items must be in the original packaging.

Restocking fees will not apply.

We may request that a photo of the damaged custom product be sent to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
